How do you keep the sims baby in it's own bed.. N once you have a baby can you still invite people over?

Put the baby's bed closest to the rest of the house. They go to the closest bed there....hope this helps ;)

To get the baby to sleep in their own bed is often tricky, however I found a way. If you build a separate room for the baby with a bed inside of it, and then play hide and go seek, the baby will go into that room if you stand just outside the door. Don't go and find the baby... Go to sleep in your bed, and your partner will soon follow, the baby will then have no choice but to sleep in his/her own bed.

If this does not work, try keeping the baby entertained until you see your partner goes to sleep, and then go to bed. The baby again will have no way of beating you there, and they will be forced to sleep in their own bed.
