Question for The Sims 3 Ambitions

What traits does Sarah have?

I've been trying to choose which woman I want to go after, but I don't know enough about Sarah to choose. I just know that she is a genius.

I "talk about" a lot with her then you have to flirt then talk about some more then flirt then tell a joke then talk about, then flirt. She's the most complex one (I assume it's due to her close proximity to your house) so you'll have to do combinations of things instead of the same thing over and over.

I know she is a Couch Potato so if you call her over (not with the phone) she will stay still and it will say that she is a Couch Potato

She's neurotic but you can't unlock it if you're best friends (I don't know about partners though)

So far I know 3/4 traits of hers and I'll tell you how I unlocked them
Genius- I talked/boasted about repairing a lot
Couch potato- I talked about my job to her a lot
Neurotic- I was mean to her then apologized relatively. I think it also works when you act creepy.
