Buy seeds, fertilizer and a watering can at the hobby shop. Then click on the patch and start gardening.

How do you buy or place a gardening patch in normal sims on the iPod

Well first by fertilizer watering can and seeds
From the hobby shop. Then go home and
Go to the little patch with all the sticks.
Click on the stick ( if your using a computer )
Or tap on one ( if your using IPod/IPhone/IPad )
It will come up with option - plant - click/tap on it.
And you will plant your seed! Click/tap
On your plant then press tend and it will grow bigger!

I have already harvested my vegetables in the garden on SIMS 3 Ambitions for IPhone, but can't figure out what to do with them... I am maxed out at 10/10 of each thing, but can't figure out how to cook with them or sell them.
Also, my sim had another sim move in but they are not married. IDK how to get them married or have kids..
My career is SOUS CHEF right now.. I've figured most of everything else out.. Just need help with these.. Lol

to have kids, u need to be romantic with the other sim. drag down the romantic options then their will be a propose option.propose, then do the same and marry. then there will be a try for baby option.

Go to the supermarket and drag to the plant u have maxed out. eg Corn. then click the minus sign beside it. the balance will go into negative and confirm and it will sell the plants u have selected. this is a source of income.to have kids, u need to be romantic with the other sim. drag down the romantic options then their will be a propose option.propose, then do the same and marry. then there will be a try for baby option.

I am still confused on how to sell your food, I have gone to the hobby shop but nothing has happened

You need to go to the grocery store to sell your food, not the hobby shop. Say you were selling corn, click on it and press the minus sign and you will notice your inventory number go down, the price will be a minus number as it is showing how the shop will lose not you. Once you have confirmed the amount will addded in to your 'wallet'. This also works with fish.
