I've been looking for answers like you and I looked at the app through ifile and read through. (if you don't know what ifile is, it's a Cydia app and it allows you to go through the coding of the game.) as I was looking through the people talking and messages that display when something happens I came across a text string that said "cheat mode active" and "cheat mode disabled" so there has to be a way to cheat on it.

Seems to me that the presence of the string doesn't mean that there are cheats, it would make sense because the code will have been ported from the PS2 version, better to leave it there than reduce the codebase stability...

The game was actually ported from the PC which used the keyboard to type cheats in-game.

We don't need to know what yall think we need some cheats and how to get them. I don't mean this to offend anyone but all we need are the cheat codes..

The cheats for GTA 3 on Iphone are to smash your phones against the wall.End of Story..Hahaha...

You can get 125 by picking a pleasure seeker take her to your hideout and the car will start to shake then stop when you hit 125 health then they get out of your car and you kill them for no evidence
