I had the same problem.Begin a new game on your new phone with a different screen name and bakery name. Email TeamLava and tell them. They will send a couple of replies, and tell you to reply to their email, and tell them the old screen name and the new one, then the old bakery name and the new one, and the number of gems you had left. After a while, they will acivate your NEW bakery with everything in place from your old bakery. It worked perfectly for me and I didn't lose anything, except the stuff I was baking went rotten cause I was gone so long.
It had been a week or so.

I have the same problem. So I started investigating the ability to put my apps on my SD card before I change phones.

Go to settings. Go to Applications. Go to Manage Applications. Your downloaded applications will appear on the screen. At the top of that screen click "On SD Card".

When you click that, little check marks will appear beside each application. Click on the check marks of the applications you want to save, it will tell you "Moving to SD Card".

Do not do this until you are ready to swap your phone over. IT weill save the bakery as is.
