You can't.
If you want to create a new Storm ID, then you'll have to delete the app and then download it again. That will get rid of everything and you can start over from the beginning.

You can delete the app than reset your phone than when you restart your phone you can sign back in with your email re download the game and than create a new storm 8 I'd and than just switch back and fourth from your old account to your new one there for have two bakeries or two restraunts

Guys I've just got rid of my old Storm8 ID. I contact the support department and ask them to removed my account. After the removal is done, ALL Storm8 studios/Team Lava games would go back to level 1. So give a second thought before doing it.
If you still want to removed your existing account, e-mail to the support address ([email protected] or [email protected] if I'm not mistaken) and express your wish. They will request some information from you (that ID, game level, neighbors, gems and gold). The removal is done quite quickly after you sent them the info, but you may need several days before your request is worked on (when they start to ask you the info).

You can make a new account on another device and then transfer it to the phone where you are playing the game already.

You can't create a new account using the same mobile you already have an account on.
To create a new account you will have to download the game on another mobile or tablet device and then you can create a new one.
