Unfortunately, no there isnt.

The only thing close to that is the 'sonic' oven (there is also a sonic drink mixer) which halfs the cooking time for everything, but it cost 42 gems :

No. Some people claim that if you change the date/time on your device, you can "cheat" bakery story. DON"T DO IT. I did it, but whenever I logged on, I got a green screen. After turning everything off and setting time to auto, everything was normal again, but just don't try it. Patience is a virtue!

Well, you could try going into date and time prefrences and set the clock 3 hours ahead if your making a 3 hour drink and wait a bit because it wont be instant. Maybe an hour it'll take till it kicks in, but it costs NO money or GEMES!!!! So I think it's the best way!!!

There used to be a button to click on when you tap the dish cooking that said "watch add to speed up" though after using it several times it disappeared. Maybe there's a max for the day but, it just came up about 2 days ago and I don't know how long I've had the game!
