My costumers wont come in the bakery they stand at the door. Why?

Is the door free? Customers need a tile to walk through your bakery

You might have something in the way of the door that is blocking them from coming in.

You have to make sure that your cash register is reachable for your customers. Before they sit down and eat, they check in with your baker.

My customers also stand at the door, but my baker is gone from the, I don't know how or why. Can someone tell me what is wrong. The door is open. Add heidie1313

The reason your people are standing at the door is because the guy that stands behind the cash register has to be behind it so leave a tile behind it so the guy can take the peoples orders and another reason might be because you sold your cashregister or stored it.

There is room all around the cashregister and still the baker is gone. I think there is a problemen with programm. My bakery has not changed only the baker has keft.

It's because it takes time to order your meal

I don't know the why but that has happened to me. It was corrected after I shut down my device and restarted it. I believe it to be a glitch or perhaps a game glitch. Remedy is to restart device.

I have bought one more cash register, but there is no one more guy stands behind the new cash register.

You need to shut your device completely off and then turn it on again. This will reset the game and your customers will come back in. Had it happen to me as well and this worked. Good luck!

I once had only the cash register,no attendant, because I wanted that extra space and everything worked fine. I see a lot of bakeries with the giant candy bear at the register. You don't need the attendant.

Be sure there nothing blocking the door and also be sure the way to the cashier and customer seats is free.
However, when you're busy and away from game for long time, you can block the door by Cashier for not receiving bad star

You don't need the attendant. I have the Irish waitress and Aunt Loretta figures at the cash.

There's no cashier because you didnt leave enough room for her. It might look like it but you need to make sure there's enou room by the register and nothing blocking the path. Just fixed mine.

Move your register r anything blocking it... But it also a good thing you don't lose you're percentage on service if you have any

The problem I'm having is I have an register at the door but when I put it behind the door my food still disappears. It's like my customers aren't their but I still get coins alsoas if I was open.
