How do you get more dimonds other than buying them?

You have to make food until your food reaches level 3. After that you will get 1 gem. Level 3 is the only level you'll get a gem.

Sometimes they will have promos that come up in the news category. It will say something like "download a game and receive 6 gems." do that!

If you work hard to reach the next level you may get gems if you don't want to download a game. Trust me I've been trough it more than once. I got 4 when I promoted.

Download a game and then delete it and downlaod again

JAILBREAK IT, BABY!!!!

I used to be adamantly opposed to jail breaking, and jape paid for EVERYTHING I've bought on iTUNES!

But now that I've "met" TEAMLAVA'S and read about their practices in the news, I sayb--- I GIVE UP!!!!

Don't get me wrong, I will continue to pay for Apps, but for Bakery Story and TEAMLAVA (a.k.a. THE GEM NAZIS), I'm tempted to make an exception.

They are not content to charge a flat fee like other HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL App makers. No, they sucker little kids (as young as 4!) in for "Free," and shake 'em down for their lunch money--and after they're bawling on the playground, TEAMLAVA checks their pockets for MORE!!

I've known Bakery Story players (a.k.a. VICTIMS) to spend hundreds even THOUSANDS of dollars decorating VIRTUAL bakeries. This IS RIDICULOUS.

So yeah -- I've had it with TL!! With CYDIA and other reputable jailbreak sites, it seems to be the smart thing to do. And you can "unbreak" your device by simply clearing it and restoring from your iTunes backup (if say, you need to bring it in for warranted service).

I haven't taken this step yet. BUT IT'S VERY TEMPTING!!

I recommend BOYCOTTING TEAMLAVA APOS until they:

1. Make changes to necessary to stop gouging their users (look at other successful Apps-- Have you never heard of ANGRY BIRDS, DOODLEJUMP, POCKET FROGS, ETC.???)!!

2. ACTUALLY PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Can anyone else think of any other ideas??

There really is no other way. Maybe there is but not that I know of.
