First stop picking the weeds, and once there is a lot of weeds either 1) set you time to midnight 2) wait until midnight then walk around until you find the ghost.

[b]Well, I'm not sure about the one for GameCube, but I'm sure it was some relationship to City Folk. All I know is that in the City Folk handbook it states " Wisp may turn up in your town during the wee hours;if he does, his him find his emty lamp.Return it to Wisp and he'll grant you one of three wishes-but you have to go into your attic and rub the lamp first!" You'll find his lamp somewhere around your town during the day, so he'll probably turn up that night or the next. The wishes he gives you are either remove every weed in your town, smash all the roaches in your house, or give you rare item that's not to easy to find in stores. Usauly he turns up between 12:00 to 6:00 for me. To find Wisp, just walk around your town until you see nothing, but hear a voice saying " This way!" But if you go the wrong way he'll say "No,no,no! The other way!". Now, I'm not positive that this is the exact way to do it in the Gamecube version, but thats how it goes in City Folk. I do own the Gamecube version so I will do some expirements and try to figure out.

Wisp the ghost can come on any night during the year.
He is int town 12:00 am-4:00 am
