You have to go to the Town Office and talk to Pelly or Phyllis depending on which one is working and go to the right counter and click on well I don't exactly remember what it was I think it's pay off mortgage or pay debt so click on one of those.

Go to the town hall and talk to Pelly or Phillis in the left booth, one of the options will be it.
You to the post office and talk to whoever is there and choose "Deposit" and as much as you can.
Go to the town hall and go to mail. You will have the option to pay mortgage.
Go to the mail place and talk to her go to the 2ed speach and than you can pay it off
