It's always every Saturday night. Think it's around 8:00 pm and Midnight, he will be at the Train Depot by the sign. He will play a song for you, then give you a copy, so have a slot open. You can also request a song to be played. Here a list of the songs. Most have the K.K. At the front some don't they have it at the end of the title. A few don't have the K.K. At all in the title. There are a few that you have to request, and when you do he will same thats a secert song. An will play the secert song. You go back each saturday night to get a song. Or change the date to get more. These are free from K.K. Slider.

Alright, it's every Saturday at 8 pm 'til midnight. He has 55 songs, I believe, in the Gamecube game.
