This question's been answered already by Rooku. You can't get a boyfriend/girlfriend, but you can pretend you do.

no if you have a crush on someone that has the game animal crossing you could give them your friend code and they could add you then you could ask them out one the game and in real!

No.. But they can have a crush on you if you see katrina first (Temporarily) She'll say that there is love or somthin out there for you, and some perseon will come up to you (And wont stop bothering you)

Yes you can pretend to... you just ahve to visit them daily, send love letters with flowers/furniture,shirts,ect...

my to be boyfriend is Drake my best friend bella
was talking to drake and i went to talk as well and
bella said oh hi destiny we were just talking and, and bella says drake nows your chance to say something to destiny and he said i i i i love y Oh it does'nt matter and bella said he lo and drake said SHUSH BELLA then goes off crying

i dont want an animal boyfrend id prefer a real persons chaacter coz it to hard with the animals too pretend lol

It would be cool if you could. I personally think it would be too hard just to pretend to have one, but thats just my opinion.
