Don't remeber the name. It shows up anytime between midnight and 3 am. Just set you game clock, thats what I do. You won't see him at first. He sometimes near trees other around or near the sign post. You just have to walk around till he talks to you. You will be near him (speech bubble shows when he talks.)then, so stay in that area. Then he will appear and ask you to find 5 baby ghost, they easy to find, just walk everywhere to see them, use the net to catch them all then take them back to the big ghost for a reward, even to get rid of the weeds.

His name is wisp and he doesn't sound like anything unless you get close to him but he will just talk to you. Now for him to appear, you must have a lot of weeds in your town. Like two weeks worth of weeds. Once you find him and get the 5 ghosties, he will give you three choices: 1. Furniture 2. Get rid of all the weeds. 3. Change the color of your roof.
