1. I would say that the best move/attack for wobufett would be destiny bond or counter.
2. To get a tyranitar go to Seven Island and go south. There you can catch a larvitar.
3. If you chose Charmander for a begginner Pokemon then you can catch Suicune anywhere in Kanto.
Charmander - Suicune
Bulbasaur - Entei
Squirtle - Raikou
Ok you can't cach a tyranitar and Suicune just have to have started with Charmander and wobofett really ill say a dark or gohst move
Wobofett a dark or gosht
You can't cach a tyranitar
And Suicune you have to have started with a Charmander
You can't catch tyranitar. You have to train a pupatar to get one.
Suicune pops up when you least expect it use a ulta ball or a Master Ball to catch it.
I'm sorry , but the only things Wobbuffet can know are , Counter , Mirror Coat , Safegaurd , and Destiny Bond.To catch a Tyranitar is to Evolve a Larvitar at level 30 , then evolve Pupitar at level 55.
The way to catch a Suicune is to look for it in the Kanto grasses and waters , only if your starting Pokemon is Charmander , if you have Squirtle then your Lengendary Dog is Raikou , and if Bulbasaur , Entei.
I hope this helped!
Wobboffet sucks it's attacks always miss. If you want one you should teach it atleast counter (which never hits for me) and destiny bond.
