In Pokemon firered if you get all three starters can you get the legendery dogs pleas help me!!!

You get the legendary dog thats opposite to the type of your Starter.
Raiku - Squirtle
Entei - Bulbasaur
Suicune - Charmander
You find them randomly on the map, like I g/s/c, but after you've beaten the Elite Four.
It doesn't matter if you have all of them, only the one that you start with counts. Hope I helped x

No, you can't get all the legendary dogs. You would get only one depending on which Starter you took during that starting of the game. Unless you use cheats or Trade them across from another game.
