I have a couple of questions
Where do you find island 4+?
Where do you find mew?
Where is the gems like salphire?
Where is the legendary dog at?

You need the raimbow pass and the National Pokedex to go to Island 4-7
You need to Trade from Emerald or cheat
The Sapphire gem is inside the Dotted Hole
And the legendary dog can be found all over Kanto after you beat the Elite Four

1. You go to the docks with the rainbow pass and the National Pokedex.
2. Must Trade or cheat.
3. One is on mt.ember and in the Dotted Hole.
4. Around Kanto.

2. Get old sea chart from Emerald
3. In the Dotted Hole and mt ember
4. Beat the Elite Four and find him raoming around Kanto

1) You have to beat the Elite Four get the National Pokedex(get 60 Pokemon and go to Proffesor Oak) and find the Ruby
2) You find a Mew by using a cheat device or some other complicated ways
3) You find the saphire Rochets hideout, after you talk to the scientist in the Dotted Hole
4) You find the legendary dogs randomly in Kanto region after you beat the Elite Four

2.i don't know about Mew but you can get mewto in Cerulean Cave.
3.what bulbusaur said.
4.legendary dogs depend on what Starter Pokemon you got. You just have to keep walking around to find them.
