I recently finished the sevii islands and I was wondering what a good team would be. I trained alot on the elite 4 before I did the islands and I have a couple of lv 100s hence my name :P and I was wondering what a good team would be to defeat the new elite 4.

 Latias : lv 100
 Groudon : lv 84
 Kyogre : lv 100
 Charzard : lv 100
 Blastoise: lv 100
 Venasuar : lv 100
 Alakazam : lv 68
 Swampert : lv 77
 Blazikien: lv 84
 Mewtwo : lv 76
 Pigeot : lv 64
 Rayquaza : lv 100
 
 Plz let me know which Pokemon would be the best team. Thx

I haven't beaten the elite four, yet, but I would say: Groudon, Swampert, (teach him ice beam) Alakazam, (train him) Latias, Mewtwo, and Raquaza.

Well, I dissapprove of using Ubers(extremely high stat Pokemon that are classed in Tier 1, or Mewtwo, Groudon, Kyogre, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Rayquaza and in Diamond and Pearl, Darkrai, Dialga and Palkia) butI'll select the best, dispite seeing no sets:

Charizard and Swampert are musts. I don't see any good others there. Probably throw in any of the Grassers. Then move on to the Ubersssss. Rayquaza, Mewtwo then any one of your choice. I suggest that you get some different good Pokemon(like Gengar) and train them up so you don't depend on really powerful Pokemon to win all the time.

FIRST I JUST WANT TO SAY UR NOT THE 100 KING I HAVE ALL THOSE POKEMON AND 30 MORE AND THAT WITHOUT A ACTIOIN REPLAY
Now for your question I would say Kyogre : lv 100 Charzard : lv 100
Blastoise: lv 100 Venasuar : lv 100 Rayquaza : lv 100 Latias : lv 100 If you just wanted to beat them butif you wanted to raise you're guys lvl too I would say
Alakazam : lv 68 Swampert : lv 77 Blazikien: lv 84 Mewtwo : lv 76 Groudon:lv84
And one of you're lvl 100s just in case

Charizard..Swampert..Alakazam....Venasaur...Rayquaza.. And Groudon..pretty much that's a balanced team...unless you have suckish moveset which in this case will wreck your team.

Make sure mewtwo has a fighting move shadow ball and a psicic move. The fighting moves will be go against lapras dewong and cluster.use swampert for poliwine with a water move and jynx with Mewtwos shadow ball. Bruno have swampert take the the two steelixs with some good water moves and for the fighting types use pysicic with mewtwo. For Agatha keep on using your mewtwo with pysic but for mischevous use shadow ball. For lance teach your blastoise ice beam to take out the dragons and aradactal for the the two water Pokemon teach your mewtwo or alakazam thunder moves of use you rayquaza to put the dragons back to there lair. For garys hearcross use mewtwo for alakazam use shadow ball and same with excuder for the Pokemon that makes sand storm use a water Pokemon for tryance and charizard so the beat team would be mewtwo,blastiose swampert latios charizard and kyrouge groudon ar raquza
