My question is how do you get into the curelean cave but I don't have 7 islands, I only have 3 so how do I the other 4. Does it have somthing to do with the national dex?

ANSWERS

Get the national dex by completeing the E4 with over 60 caught Pokemon in your normal dex.Once done walk up to the goons outside mt.Ember and search for the ruby in the cave and the give it to cleio.Then you can acess island's 4,5,6,7 and 8.Once you've found the sapphire one one of those Islands (I forget which one),give to cleio again,then the gauard in front of Cerulean cave will be gone.

You got it! It does have something to do with the national dex. You need to have like 61( I forgot) Pokemon in your dex to get to the curelean cave and you need a ticke to get to the other four islands.

1) Curulean Cave can only be accessed by defeating the Elite Four and is near Curulean City

2) To get the other three islands, simply defeat the Elite Four and have registered 60 Pokemon in your Kanto Pokedex. By doing this you get the national pokedex. Then you go to One Island and talk to Celio (Bill's Friend) and he'll ask you a favor. Go to Mt. Ember and then find the two team rocket members talking. They'll say a password you will need later (You don't need to write it down). Fight them both and they will leave. Enter the cave they left and find the Ruby. Bring the Ruby to Celio and he'll give you the rainbow pass so you can access the other four islands. Then you'll have to go on another quest so you can trade with Ruby and Sapphire. I think you can figure it out yourself though.
