I need help getting into mewtwo cave and how to get suicune

I need help getting into mewtwo cave and how to get suicune

I beat the elite four, and I went to go get Mewtwo. The guy in front of the cave says I need to make an "achievement" to get in. What is it?

Also, how do I get it so I can see suicune, like in ruby/sapphire, do I have to go to a certain tv and the news says they saw suicune?

To get to Mewtwo you have to have been to all of the seven islands and must have done something on them and for Suicune try unlocking the unown chambers on Seven Islands

Go to Prof. Oak and he will give you a ticket. Go to the docks and then go to the islands and perform a good dead, by saving the little girl. Then I think you will be able to go inside.

Ruby: first you have to beat the Elite Four.then after you have done that go to mt.ember there will be two rocket guys standing there in front of a hole battle them. Go inside the hole. Navigate your way around until you get the ruby.Sapphire:go to the Dotted Hole and use Cut on the door. Then um.... Oh yeah I forgot sorry!!!! But after you can go get Mewtwo save if you don't have your Master Ball. If you do use it. Save after you catch it. I don't know how to get Suicune sorry! Hope I helped!
