Southern Island is an island where you get either Latios on Sapphire or Latias on Ruby. With both of the code you get and activate the Eon Ticket. In order to get to Southern Island give the Eon Ticket to the Girl in Lilycove NOT repeat NOT Slateport. Go Up on the Island and into the Forest. Click the egg in the middle of the forest and latias/latios will appear. But this only happens once. Latias/Latios will Be at level 50 so be ready thsi only happens once there is one chance to get the Eon you need to complete your pokedex.

This code only works for cathing the old Pokemon (red, blue, yellow, gold,silver, crystal pokemon). So that means no shiny rayquaza or any other new pokemon. I am currently trying to find compatable codes and will post them if found. If you find a way before me, please post them. Thanks ^_^
