How to get the Ruby gem in the Sevii Islands

To get the Ruby gem,you need to get the volcano badge.When you get it,Bill will be outside of the gym and he will tell you that he is going to one island to meet Celio.It doesn't matter when you get the Ruby gem.If you chose to get straight away go to Ember Mt.Then there will be two team rocket thugs,you have to battle them to go into the cave behind them.And I know that you will know what to do next which is go inside it and look for the Ruby gem!(Hope you get the Ruby gem!)

Safari legendarys

If you have a gameshark and have legendary Pokemon in the wild and are struggling to cautch them just go to the safari zone because the safari balls act like pokeballs to level five on level well anything and doesn't matter if it is a legendary. P.s. Level 100 is a little harder than 50.

Tough pokemon to get

Porygon- 6900 coins in game corner (leafgreen)
Lapras- Inside 4 island (really rare)
Unown- South of 7 island (must solve cave puzzle)
Entei, Raikou, and Suicune- You can only get the type that your starter is weak to(charmander-suicune, bulbasaur-entei, Squirtle-raikou). USE MASTERBALL IF YOU STILL HAVE ONE!!!
Chansey- Safari Zone ( In the north-west)

If you have Pokemon that knows payday like a persian,then put an amulet coin on it and put him in first and challenge some weak pokemon(wild or trainer)and use payday to kill it and you get alot more money than ussual.

How to easily catch a pokemon

I have only tryed this cheat on ultra balls, so I don't know if they work on anything else. If you press A right before the ball closes, you will have a much higher chance of catching the wanted pokemon. I'm not positive if this cheat will work for you, it did for me, but it won't hurt just to try it out.

Another cheat for the same topic is that once you choose a pkeball or any other type of ball, hold down A. Release the A button right when the ball closes in mid-air around the pokemon. I hope this cheat helps you, and GOOD LUCK CATCHING POKEMON!!!!

National Dex

To get the National Dex you have to of caught at least 60 types of Pokemon and then talk to Prof. Oak and he will ask a favour of you, then your rival will come and you both will get your Dex upgraded to the National Dex.

the truck!

1. To get to the truck you must first go to Vermilion City (requires two Game Boys and two leafgreen/firered and a new game)

2. Go to a Pokemon Center and trade a Pokemon that SURF (other Game Boy that has gotten far) and trade with your Pokemon.

3. Trade them off and go to the ST. Anne (requires a SAVE before you trade Pokemon)

4. But don't inside the ship but simply SURF next to the St.Anne ship and go right(the right will lead you to the truck and left will lead you to more water)

5. Theres the truck! But there is only the truck! And if you go down and use the item finder you find that theres lava cookie there.

You can breed any Pokemon with ditto apart from legendaries

"Horribly Strong Pokemon" EVERYWHERE

Inside Cerulean Cave are the most powerful Pokemon to be found in LeafGreen, and it's pretty dificult to get in, as the guard says, "you must have beaten the Elite Four for one, and you must have made a remarkable achievement".

There is, however, another way. You can bring all of the Pokemon found in Cerulean Cave to YOU. (EXCEPT MEWTW0 - he can only be found sitting in the cave between two rocks)

First though, you must:

-have beaten the Elite Four
-be carrying a party that know ALL HMs
-have caught atleast 50 Pokemon

You may also require some patience, as it sometimes has no effect - I think it's more of a GLITCH than a cheat..?

Now, FLY from wherever you are (I always FLY from Pallet Town - no real reason, but it WORKS) to Cerulean, and go talk to the guard outside the cave. Next, FLY to Fuschia. Go to the Safari Zone. Once inside, DO NOT TAKE ANY STEPS. Immediately, FLY out to wherever you want, preferably somewhere very near grass or water, as the effects of this cheat will wear off in around a few hundred steps, and you don't want to waste them.

The ONLY Pokemon you will encounter while this is in effect are the level 60+ Pokemon found in Cerulean Cave. This causes no glitches, probelms, corruptions to your game, and you CAN save and switch off - come back to the game later, the cheat will still be in effect.

Infinite Nuggets

At the bridge on route 24 beat all the trainers except the one that gives you the nugget if you lose to him you can go back and get another nugget keep doing this until you have the desired number of nuggets but if you defeat him and save you can't get another nugget from him if you defeat him turn your game off and back on and get weaker Pokemon so you will lose to him.

taking it all with Thief!

The THIEF TM (somewhere found in Mt.Moon) is actually pretty some what convenient move.If you already didn't face the fighting dojo in Saffron City you'll probably wanted to do it with a Psychic Pokemon (be less effective) that knows how to learn THIEF. That way you can steal all those Black Belts in the fighting dojo when you use it on them Fighting Pokemon.

Also works on wild that has items (sometimes or always)...

EXAMPLE:
Magneton might have Magnet or Metal Coat.
