Retrieve the confidential letter in Soulflayer Canyon

Return the confidential letter to Fedel or Ser Gabrian

Walkthrough

Talk to Fedel in the Gathering Hall to start this quest. After accepting it, return by evening and wait in the area marked in your map. Just wait there since Fedel will take his time walking from the castle to the meeting place.

Head to the Soulflayer Canyon and enter from the west (Greatwall) side. Take the left path when you reach the fork and defeat the cyclops on the stone bridge. Follow the path until you reach a slippery slope. Slide to the left until you reach a landing. Follow the path around and slide down again and go around the path to find another long slope. This time, you have to slide down to the right.

You should reach a large ledge containing several herbs, a chest, ten scattered parcels (Needed for the notice board quest "Parcel Service" so pick them up as well. ) Make sure to pick up the Confidential Letter before heading back to Gran Soren. Once you found it, return back to the capital and surrender the letter to either Fedel or Gabrian (or both)

Note: If you forge the Confidential Letter, you can turn over two letters to both Fedel and Gabrian, earning both rewards from them. Surrender the letter(s) at night since you can turn it over to them at the same time.
