Walkthrough

The Ruins of Heavenspeak Fort acts as a waycastle leading to the Greatwall. It is currently being occupied by female thieves. In order to start the sub-quests below, you have to approach the bandits' leader or right-hand officer with an all-female party. If you have a male member of your group, you have to have him wear a Set of Lady's Garb costume. Otherwise, these thieves will attack you on you on sight. After completing the quest, you'll obtain a badge that will prevent them from attacking even without the disguise.

Doing one of the two tasks is enough but doing both will reap better rewards. If you want to get better rewards, I suggest doing Betiah's task first (since it is also nearer) before doing Ophis's.

Accept Betiah's Request (Cyclops Care)

Head to the cyclops' enclosure and kill the goblins outside the pen. Carry one goblin corpse and place it in front of the cyclops. Take note that it may not notice the goblin corpse immediately so you have to attempt a few times. Once done, talk to Betiah.

Accept Ophis' Request (Rival Thieves)

Talk to Ophis in the upper level of the fort and agree to join them. You just need to travel to the Ruins of Aernst Castle and kill 10 male bandits near the vicinity. There are non-hostile bandits inside the castle. You may want to avoid killing them as their leader, Maul, can give you the counterpart quest later on. After killing the required number of bandits, return to Heavenspeak and talk to Ophis.

Note: If you've completed this task first and reported back to Ophis, the quest will be complete - preventing you from doing Beitah's task.
