Negotiate the eviction

Walkthrough

For the first part of this quest, you have to talk to the three tenants. Their locations will be marked in the map. Talk to Jasper first and he'll tell you that he needs the consent of his family. Next, find his wife, Sara and talk to her. She'll inform you that she needs time to make up her mind. Finally, talk to their son, Pip. After talking to Pip, the kid will run. You can pursue the rascal or just settle things out with Fournival.

Buy the land for the tenants

Instead of following Pip, talk to Fournival and agree to buy the land for 80,000G. This will complete the quest and give you 5000 exp. Talk to the tenants to receive different material rewards.

Pursue Pip

Find Pip and after catching up with him, he'll run off again. Make sure you don't attack him while chasing him. Otherwise, you'll get imprisoned. After running away for the second time, head to the Craftsman Quarter and check the rooftop of a barn to find him there.

He'll run again and this time will hide under the bridge leading to the Venery. Finally, he runs off again and you now have to pursue him and grab him. After getting caught, Pip will agree to give his consent.

Now talk to Jasper and he'll ask for 30,000 to cover his movement fees. Return to Fournival when prompted and you'll get 40,000G and 5,000 exp.

Question, which decision will ultimately benefit me the most? I have enough money for the 30k to Jasper but not 80k. People keep saying jasper dissapears so I want to avoid that too although his wife hasn't decided so I guess I'll just wait anyway. Should I go and try making that money or just pay the 30k

Spoiler:
click to reveal

I also read about his parents dying if I pay the 30k or all of them dying if I pay the 80k or something.. that's pretty sad but I want to know the best move.. also I'm broke most of the time.. need money. Advise please
