Gutter of Misery

There's a door upstairs leading to another area called Warrior's Respite. That area has a broken riftstone and a healing spring that you can use.

Has some small vile eyes that lowers their barriers when attacking, stealth sulfur and large master saurians. There's also another powerful tentacle monster inside a chest to the north. If you killed a lot of enemies here, there's a possibility that another large monster will appear. In my case, I encountered an Elder Ogre. It has several life bars but the fight should be manageable enough.

At the end of the dungeon lies the door leading to the Shrine of Futile Truths.
