How do I get a sim to come over to another sim's house so I can help build there relationship?
Help someone I don't have much time left :-(

You have to press the sim tracker, choose the sim that you won't to come over at the other house (make sure to be at the house where your Sims are going to meet) and then select one of them and choose a Social action to do
