Easiest way to advance in any skill
I assume every knows about the permanet enchanting thing, but I was testing some things out last night, and if you enchant diferent necklaces and rings then you can raise your stats even more. Meaning if you enchant a ring a ring for strength and make the effect permanet, you can do the same for other rings or necklaces, but they have to pure (meaning they can't already be enchanted, you must encahnt them yourselve) I did the one for strength w/ 2 necklaces and two rings, and my strength is 135!!!!!
