I wondered about that too.... You don't take time off. I'm not sure why it actually says that. But when I played it said that and nothing bad happened. I tried hurting myself and it doesn't work. Just something they put in for looks I guess, really doesn't make much sense to me. But no you don't take breaks or anything. But there is in between matches, you can get a massage.

Basically, it's just a warning, as far as I can tell. Say, it comes up your have a minor injurt to your bicep, and you come out of your match with red arms, chances are you're going to be on the sidelines.

There isn't really anyway to take time off, unless you're in a storyline where you can have choices, such as fight single, or hardcore, just go for the stipulations etc where you're not likely to recieve punishment.

Thats simple. Just don't do any fights for the curtain amount of weeks. But I ignore them
