Where can I get the crafting armor I am trying to do a glitch but I need the armor PLEASE HELP!

Okay "crafting armor" it's kind of vague so bare with me if I'm interpreting the question wrong.

I'm assuming you either mean, An armor with a smithing enchantment, armor with an enchanting enchantment, or armor with an alchemy enchantment.

(I)Smithing Enchantment : Armor with this enchantment is randomly generated, if you don't have this armor just do a questline and check again later.

(ii)Alchemy Enchantment: Armor with this enchantment is randomly generated, if you don't have this armor just do a questline and check again later.

(iii) Enchanting Enchantment: If you are looking for an enchanting enchantment I'm afraid your understanding of how to do the glitch is wrong as there is no such thing as an enchanting enchantment.

I hope that answers your question, but if it doesn't I'm sorry I interpreted it wrong.
