During the day he is often found by the Jarl's throne in Dragon's Reach, at meal times he can be found sitting at one of the long tables in front of the throne, and at night he is sleeping in his bedroom (up the stairs by the throne, turn left, go through the double doors that lead to Jarl's Quarters, door to the right).
