In the imperal city Talos plaza and if it is not the talos plaza maybe it is elven garden there is a guy named Dorion break in kill him, search his body keep hitting the gold you can get a lot. Don't hit x or it will freeze hope this helps

Go to skingrad and do the vampire cure quest. This takes much more time then the method mentioned above but he gives you 10,000$ at a time so you can make much more money and you can go back and do it whenever you want

You can become a vampire, talk to the Count of Skingrad about curing yourself. Once you complete the quest of curing yourself, talk to the Count about your reward, and then talk to him again. You should still have the option of getting a reward. It's unlimited money.
