There's three ways to obtain lock picks are theives guild,goblins,or the normal camp theives the easiest would be the theives guild just ask the people you sale stolen items. SCREW IT ! Do th Daderic mission Norutual next leighwind then you obtain the ultamite lock pick.Skeleton key a lock pick that never breaks,but you have to be level 10 to do the mission.
