There are a couple of things you CAN do. You could explore around, do all the side quests if you haven't all-ready. Join all the guilds, see if you can master all of them. Search for the treasures of Tamerial. See if can find them all. Become famous. Become the most notorois theif in all of Cyrodill. Become the most feared assain. Be the most honorable night. Be the only mage to kill a man or beast with a single fireball. Or just be a noble adventurer with more than your share of claim to fames. There are many posibillites. You can start a new game, be a different race, class, have a different birthsign. Do everything you did before except different. There, NOW STOP WHINING!!!!!

Side quests,if your done those then make a new file and do everything you did before differently then your last file,pick a new race,new birthsign,ect.
