Yes, potions and alchemy ingredients. Just be aware of any negative effects!To ensure you are getting right try spells from the college of restoration. These are found in churches: ie the guy in church in Bruma will teach you a spell to restore endurance five points but will also have a convalescence spell that restores health fifteen points or so at a time.Each church offers different versions so hunt for the people in churches and see what they have but not all of them are willing to sell to you all of the time so check back occassionally.
Yes,but only in oblivion gates,there are blood fountains there,they refill your health,theres also another fountain but I can't remember the name of it
