Get a soul gem then cast soul trap on a creature(not an NPC)and kill it quickly.
An easier way is to get Umbra in Vindasel south of the Imperial City and complete the Azura Daedric shrine for Azura's star.For help with that see my guide in the walkthrough section.Umbra has a soul trap enchantment so when you hit a creature it can be soul trapped and Azura's star is a soul gem that can hold any non-NPC soul.
