Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
I don't understand, how exactly do you enchant chameleon onto equipment. Do you have to meet a certain requirement, or just got to an alter. Also does the soulgem have to have a grand soul in it to work. Thank you

There are two altars in the game that you can enchant items at.To access these get to apprentice in the mage's guild by doing reccomendation quests.You need a chameleon spell of any kind.The soul doesn't need to be grand even though I reccomend it.

Also there is a sigil stone you can get which has 30% chameleon

You have to be able to cast a cameleon spell then you can enchant things
