To get to Hircine's shrine fast travel to Bravil and follow the road north west until you reach The Inn of Ill Omen(or fast travel there). Then go north east to Mingo cave. Then go north and you're there.

The Fatback cave is south southwest of the Imperial Prison. In other words, search the southern shore of the island and you'll find it. Swim across the lake and keep going south and you'll run into Sardavar Leed. Go a little southeast of there and you'll find the shrine.
