Hey I have few questions in need of answering, so can you guys help me
Where can I find black soul gems?
Can I get crossbows like in morrowind and if so where?

You can get Black Soul gems from some Necromancers. Or you can create them by going to their altars, e.g. Outside Dark Fissure cave, putting a Grand Soul gem inside and casting Soul Trap on the altar (I think). Crossbows, however, were eliminated from Oblivion.

A nercomancer puts some into an alter in the Dark Fissure. No, there are no crossbows in Oblivion.

Ther is one place were you can find blsck soul gems there is a shrine Quest were you have to go kill some necromancers they will have strong healing potions I gont like 30 of them and you will find black soul gems there hope this help I think the shrine in meradith or somthing like that
