Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

While playing the game, I became the listener in the dark brother hood, the master of the fighters guild, and the arch-mage to the mages guild. I'm in the process of working up the theives guild, and thats going well, but how do I become the/a master-wizard in the mages guild?
