Just kill a civilian...just make sure there not important!!! After you kill them go to sleep!!!

That's simple.
1. Kill someone. (Not a bandit or anything like that, but an innocent person.)
2. Sleep.
3. Do what the man says from there.

You have to kill an innocent person and then find somewhere to sleep and he will come to you while you sleep.
