Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
On the Theives Guild quest where you have to steal the Arrow of Extrication, I think that is what it is called, what do you do? I have gotten into the Wizard's Grotto and don't know what to do now. Where do I go? I think you have to get into that one door that says" This lock cannot be picked, you need a key," or something like that. What do I do? How do I get the key? Help me!

I believe there is a small waterway in this area. It has a bridge thing that goes to the other side. Well when you first find this room witht eh water you hav to swim to the other side, don't go to the other side, sstop in the middle and go to your left side and there is a small passageway you swim through and you conmtinue from there.
