You have to go to xbox live marketplace. I don't actually have xbox live so I'm not sure on all the details on where to go. But you can download new ruins and thing to explore. A bunch of goodies like that are available there. Caution: after downloading things for oblivon it won't allow the glitches in the game to work anymore.

Correction, some glitches will work, and then some won't. All of them may work, and then again none of them will. It seems different for everybody, so take a chance.
