Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Hello, Can any one help with two things, firstly the quest Ahdarji's heirloom, When I go and open Alessia Caro's jewelry box to get the ring it's not there so how do I get it. Secondly, the quest Sanguine, I got to goto the castle and get in where the dinner party is but will not let me in it says I got to be on the list so how do I do this? Thank you all for your help.

1. You have to wait until Alessia goes to bed. She then puts the ring in the jewelry box.

2. You have to be wearing clothes of some sort. Once I did it wearing the black hand robe and hood. And it has to be later in the day so the party could have started already. Like maybe 6 p.m.

I can't help with the Hierloom but I can with Sanguine. Ok to get in the party wait till about 7:00pm on the night of the party, then be sure to wear something that is expensive like Red Velvet Outfit or anything like that. Then ask him to enter the party and he should move then cast the spell on the party then your done.
