Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Since the upgrading from Morrowind to Oblivion, many skills have been taken out and stuck into others. For example: Axe was taken out and stuck into blunt, long blade and short blade were taken out and put into just one known as Blade. Well I was ok with this until I found a war axe that I thought was really good blunt weapon. It turned out...it was just a sucky Blade weapon. The "Blade" was called "War Axe of Weakness." It was considered Blade for some reason. Are there any other axes that have been counted as Blade or are all of them counted as Blades and I just didn't notice?

Hmm this sounds like a glitch or something the programers just messed up on. But I don't think that any other weapons are messed up in that manner.

No, you are right, axes are mostly blunt weapons I guess it was just that axe or it might have been a mess-up in the game.

vercetti answered:

I don't understand why it said blade on your game, I got the same weapon, but it said it was a blunt on my game. It may be just something wrong with your game, or something like that.

AWSM907 answered:

I do believe they all are considered blade but don't know for sure
