Can anyone tell me where to find Boethea's shrine? And a place to find full deadrea armor.

The only way I know how to get Deadra armour is until your level 20.
I don't know where Bothea's shrine is,the best way to find them is to just explore the land

No I have dearde armou and I'm lvl 4 I've got shield and body and helm not sure on greaves though
