Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Can you raise Luck ? If so, what do I do to raise it? Also in trying to convince Velwyn Benirus to come to Anvil with me to open the door, I maxxed his disposition and can't persuade him. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

When you raise level, select it. It only raises one point at a time, though

You can raise luck, when you raise a level and have to go 2 sleep and when you wake up you will have some things you can raise, the bottom option is luck.
I dnt no why you cnt get velwyn benirus to go to anvil, I raised his disposition to bout 93 and had no problem, he went there straight away, and now I am livin the life in the manor.

To get Velwyn Benirus to go to Anvil, take the scrap of diary from the cracked urn, and then talk to him. You also need the skeleton hand for once youre inside the sealed tomb

I did this quest a while back. Try reading the note or diary or what ever the hand had then he understands I think

The only way to raise luck is to select it when you level up. To level up really really fast, make to of your major skills alteration and conjuration and just keep casting low mana skills like open easy lock on the same door or keep summoning a scamp or something. Believe me I got to level 15 in like 10 minutes.
