Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Hi, I'm on the 1st daedra quest where you have to find the item stolen from the shrine. It says go to leyawin and find the thieves but I can't find them anywhere!
Please HELP!!!!

Talk to a guard or a someone about thier names and a red marker will come up on your compas walk into the house it tells you to enter talkt to both of them about nocturnals eye they will say they have no clue what your talking about then sneak and hide wait for them to start a convesation they say it's in a cave and they are worried if the trolls will eat it they will answer no they hate water make sure to stay hidden.

Talk to a guard, and select "rumours". They should mention Weebum-Na and Benjir bragging about a treasure. Now go to Weebum-Na's shack, and ask them about the Eye of Nocturnal. You then have to listen in to their conversation. The easiest way is to go outside, crouch, then enter the house, and use invisibility.

YOU GET THE SKELETON KEY FROM THIS QUEST AND THEN YOUR LOCKPICK NEVER BREAKS!!
