Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I take it that the people that already posted here don't know where to buy ne lockpicks? Or do they that is the question

To get lock picks join the thieves guild and you can buy them from Christophe for about 5 gold each or some shops in the impreal city have them but the inventory changes so it is hit or miss.

You can find lockpicks in random crates littered around the world. Keep looking in everything you can open and you will find some.

If its not patched: You need about 50 Iron Arrows and 1-2 lock picks. Your spell should be Heal Minor Wounds, or use any other healing spell you can.
Use the spell ONLY HALFWAY THROUGH, then hit B!
When your in the B menu, get to your weapons and equip the arrows, than drop the lockpick(s).
It should drop 50 Lockpicks, and the game should lag a bit before they all fall.
