Anybody and anyone who isn't important in the game. Try the mansions in Cheydinhal, the people in there are weak and easy to kill. Don't get caught though.

I got into the Dark Brotherhood through the Areana. The Gray Prince will ask you to go to a castle to find a journal. After you give him the journal he will increase some states.He will freak when he finds out he is halve vampire. When you fight him in the Areana he will beg you to kill him. He wouldnt fight back. Go to sleep after you kill him.
